This is a 63% emulsion of dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer with nonionic emulsifiers in water, designed for excellent compatibility with water-based cosmetic formulations. It offers easy formulation for powder or oil-based cosmetics, good spreadability, long-lasting wet feeling, sebum absorption, and a soft, smooth sensory experience.
