Dimethicone (and) Laureth-4 (and) Laureth-23 is a versatile silicone–surfactant blend widely used in personal care formulations to deliver excellent conditioning, smooth texture, and enhanced sensory feel. This unique combination of Dimethicone, a high-performance silicone polymer, and Laureth-4 / Laureth-23, nonionic surfactants, provides both emollient and emulsifying benefits.
