Dimethicone (and) Laureth-23 (and) C12-15 Alketh-3 is a silicone-based conditioning emulsion designed to deliver superior conditioning, shine, and softness in personal care formulations.
It contains a high-performance blend of silicone and non-ionic surfactants, providing excellent dry and wet combing, improved spreading, and a silky, smooth after-feel.

Applications
