Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethiconol (and) Laureth-4 (and) Laureth-23 is a high internal phase (HIP) silicone gum emulsion designed to provide superior smoothness, conditioning, and spreadability in personal care formulations.
It contains approximately 12.5% ultra-high viscosity Dimethiconol (silicone gum) blended with Cyclopentasiloxane, and is emulsified in water using Laureth-4 and Laureth-23 as the surfactant system.
This emulsion allows formulators to easily incorporate silicone performance into water-based systems, offering quick dilution, formulation flexibility, and improved sensory appeal. It can be used directly or mixed with other ingredients to enhance conditioning, gloss, and soft feel in skin care applications.
