Alkyl Polyglucoside (APG) Surfactant is a plant-derived, non-ionic surfactant made from natural fatty alcohols and glucose. It is a biodegradable, mild, and eco-friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-based surfactants.
Developed to meet the growing demand for sustainable and gentle cleansing solutions, APG surfactants deliver excellent foaming, wetting, and emulsifying properties while maintaining low irritation potential. They are compatible with all classes of surfactants and perform effectively in both personal care and household cleaning applications.
Because of their mildness, safety, and natural origin, Alkyl Polyglucosides are commonly used in green formulations such as sulfate-free shampoos, body washes, facial cleansers, and baby care products.
