Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion is a waterborne pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) designed for protective film, removable label, and tape applications that require high shear strength, moderate tack, and controlled peel performance.
It provides clean removability even after extended application periods and maintains excellent clarity and water-whitening resistance.
The product is supplied with ready-to-coat viscosity and rheology, suitable for modern high-speed coating and lamination lines.
When properly crosslinked with a dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker (e.g., CR-3), it forms a durable, cohesive adhesive film that is ideal for temporary protection and easy removal.
