Trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA; CAS No. 87‑90‑1; formula C₃Cl₃N₃O₃; MW 232.41 g/mol) is a white crystalline powder with a strong chlorine odor. Melting point ≈ 249–251 °C. Sparingly soluble in water (~1.2 g/100 mL), soluble in acetone and acetonitrile. It’s a stable, powerful oxidizer/disinfectant.
