Preparation
The invention discloses a method for preparing (4-chlorophenyl)ethylamine, which comprises the following steps: adding a raw material 4-chlorobenzyl cyanide into a hydroborate-chloride reduction system at -15-0 DEG C, and stirring to react in an organic solvent; after the reaction finishes, quenching excessive hydroborate and chloride, carrying out vacuum filtration, reducing the pressure of the filtrate with a water pump, regulating the pH value to 1-5 with dilute acid, extracting with an organic solvent and water, keeping the water phase, regulating the pH value to 8-13 with dilute base, extracting the product with an organic solvent, drying with an anhydrous desiccant, carrying out vacuum filtration, and reducing the pressure of the filtrate with a water pump to remove the filtrate, thereby obtaining the (4-chlorophenyl)ethylamine; and adding an organic solvent, introducing dry hydrogen chloride gas in an ice bath to control the pH value to 1-3, and stirring to obtain (4-chlorophenyl)ethylamine hydrochloride. The method for preparing (4-chlorophenyl)ethylamine has the advantages of higher yield, low cost and no need of column chromatography, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
