Preparation
Stage-1 : N-(2-Amino-4,6-dichloro-5-pyrimidinyl)formamide is reacted with (1S,4R)- 4-Amino-2-cyclopentene-1- methanol Tartrate, Sodium Carbonate in presence of Isopropyl Alcohol solvent media to get Stage-1 Compound.
