4-Bromoiodobenzene, also known as 1-bromo-4-iodobenzene, is an aryl halide with the formula BrC₆H₄I. It has a molecular weight of 282.90 and a CAS number of 589-87-7. 1-Bromo-4-iodobenzene is a red to light brown crystalline powder. It has been used as a 4-Bromo lodobenzene  reagent for in situ desilylation and coupling of silylated alkynes. It has also been used as a starting reagent in the total syntheses of ent-conduramine A and ent-7-deoxypancratistatin (alkaloids).
