PEG‑40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (INCI: PEG‑40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil) is a non‑ionic surfactant, solubilizer, and emulsifier derived from hydrogenated castor oil that has been ethoxylated (with ~40 moles of ethylene oxide). It helps mix oils with water, stabilize formulations, and improve texture and clarity in cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical products.
